Sales Associate Responsibilities:

There are many tasks that are included in our Sales Associate Position.  Please understand that although one of the main expectations of this position is to assist customers with their purchases we also have many other requirements of our staff.  We all work together to provide an organized, clean and upscale shopping environment for our customers and consignors.  Your responsibilities may include any of the following:

Providing excellent customer service to all customers and consignors

Computer use - in ringing up sales and assisting consignors

Data entry

Review of incoming apparel

Steaming clothing, organizing & upkeep of all facets of the sales floor

It is imperative to have proper use of the computer in ringing up all types of customer sales and completing payouts to consignors, therefore good cash handling skills are a must.  All employees assist in the maintenance and organization of the displays and clothing racks. Reviewing incoming items is a daily task, thus having knowledge of current styles and brand names is also beneficial.
